This mixed-media triptych explores material tension, repetition, and surface through acrylic silkscreen halftones printed on clear industrial-grade vinyl. Two panels present as slicks—single, uncut sheets of vinyl stretched smoothly over handcrafted wood panels—emphasizing clarity, print precision, and the bold presence of the halftone image. The third panel contrasts this sleekness with a woven construction: the vinyl is flipped, cut into strips, and interlaced before being stretched, creating depth, distortion, and rhythm within the surface. Glossy finishes unify the three works, reflecting light and reinforcing the play between flatness and dimensionality, order and disruption. Together, the panels invite a conversation between control and fragmentation, digital aesthetics and handmade labor.
