Mural in City Of Austin

This mural was commissioned by the City of Austin's Art in Public Places TEMPO 2D program. There was a large element of community involvement, which was truly my favorite part of the project. I chose this particular process and style because I feel that it reflects the dynamic components of the surrounding community. Each patterned "ray" of the original painting represents an element found in the Austin area: health, nature, music, progress and art.
