In January of 2019 I was asked to head the on-site production and design for Scandinavian Airlines’ SXSW event, House of Scandinavia. I worked directly (although remotely) with the Airlines’ team, Nina Bruun (Design & Interior Consultant), numerous chefs and more to execute a five-day event which featured interview panels, live music and a pop-up restaurant to boot. Professional signage and installation, design packages, bar design and production management as well as event management were a few of the things which landed on my plate. This was a massive event with a brutal production timeline. It all came together and the sponsors considered it a great success.
