Raspberry! A contemporary abstract painting made by weaving clear industrial grade vinyl. Two pieces of vinyl are cut into strips and woven together over a hard wood frame. I then paint the surface with layers of acrylic paint - letting them fully dry in between coats. I then sand through the layers creating a uniformed weathered gradient effect. The painting is then sealed with a water-based sealant.
