I sketched out this pattern and transferred it to a silkscreen. I then applied it to the back of two pieces of clear, industrial-grade vinyl. The vinyl was then cut into strips and woven together on a birch panel. The panel was then top-coated with various layers. I then sanded the piece and sealed it with a water-based polyurethane. The pattern and technique used inspired the title -- the way the diamonds pop out here and there… do you see them? I hope so.
